From mobile

1. Check your mailbox 💌

Once your benefit(s) are ready to be used, you will receive an account activation email containing:

  • Step-by-step directions to create your account and activate your benefit(s).

💡 If you do not receive the activation email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact Customer Care for assistance.

2. Download the Edenred+ app 📱

If you wish to use your mobile, you can find the Edenred+ app directly on the App Store or Play Store.

3. Create your account ✏️

Once you have downloaded the Edenred+ app, enter in the 10-digit activation code you received by email when prompted, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

💡 Your activation code is valid for 6 months. After this period, you must contact Customer Care to receive a new one.

💡 If you are experiencing issues entering your birthdate and it is being marked as incorrect, please double-check the format of your date (day/month/year). If the problem persists, contact Customer Care for further assistance.

4. Choose your payment method 💸

Choose from:

  • A virtual card which you can start using as soon as you create your account. To activate it, you simply have to add it directly to your wallet on your smartphone.

  • A physical card ordered directly from the Edenred+ app.

You will only be able to add this card to your digital wallet after it is delivered, so if you want to use your benefits immediately, you’ll need to create a virtual card before ordering a physical card.

1. Check your mailbox 💌

Once your benefit(s) are ready to be used, you will receive an account activation email containing:

2. Visit the Edenred+ website 💻

Access Edenred+ from this address: user.edenredplus.com.

3. Create your account ✏️

Once on Edenred+, start by entering the 10 characters of the activation code received by email and let yourself be guided.

💡 Do not delay too much 😉. Your activation code is valid for 6 months. After this period, you must contact our customer service to receive a new one.

From your Edenred+ account, you can:

  • Check your balance

  • Access your transaction history

  • Order a physical card

  • Block/unlock your card

  • Add a credit card to complete your payments

  • Use the store locator to decide where to spend your benefits

4. Order your physical card 💳

Once your account is created, you can order a physical card to start using your benefits. From the Menu, click on the "Card" tab and click on "Order a physical card"

💡 Be sure to enter a valid delivery address to be sure to receive your card (building, floors, so do not hesitate to fill in the address supplements). Delivery takes between 5 to 10 working days.

💡 If you want to get a virtual card directly, download the Edenred+ app and create your account from your phone.

5. Activate your physical card ✅

To use your physical card, activate it after its reception:

  • Go to your Edenred+ space (app), "Map" (change for Card tab) tab;

  • Click on the "Your physical card is delivered?" tab and confirm the delivery. (TO CHECK IF THERE IS THIS TAB)

That’s it, your card is ready to use. Go to your favourite retailer! 🎉

💡 Your physical card can also be added to your wallet after it is received.
