How do I add a new benefit to my account?

This section explains how to add a new benefit to your Edenred+ account. 🎉

1. Retrieve the activation code associated with my benefit

An activation code is a unique 10-digit code linked to an Edenred+ benefit. This allows you to:

  • Create your Edenred+ account. Once you have received your activation code, you will need to enter it in the first step of creating your account.

  • Add a new benefit to your account. Once your Edenred+ account is created, you can add as many codes as benefits for which your employer has subscribed.

  • Also, once your Edenred+ account is created, you can keep it forever and add any code or benefit from any employer.

You will receive your activation code by email or by mail.

💡 Check your professional mailbox first, and don't forget to check your spam folder. If you can't find your activation code, please consult our dedicated article.

💡 If you do not have an email address or if you did not receive your code by mail, please contact your manager.

2. Add my benefit to my account

  • Go to your Edenred+ app, "Home" tab;

  • Scroll your screen to the right and click the "Add New Benefit" tab;

  • Enter your activation code, click "Next" and confirm.

Your new benefit and the associated balance will now be displayed on your homepage.

3. Select your payment method

Choose from:

🥇 A virtual card (the best choice for you): that can be used straight away from your Edenred+ app. To activate it, you simply have to add it directly to your wallet on your phone.

  • Go to your Edenred+ app, under the "Card" tab at the bottom of your screen;

  • Click "Add to [Name of your payment application]" and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

💡 If you choose to create a virtual card, you can still order a physical card later.

💳 A physical card: If you opt for a physical card, click on "I prefer to order a physical card" and then follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

💡 Your physical card can also be added to your wallet once it has been received. To enjoy your benefits without delay, create a virtual card now!

💳 You received a physical card directly?

Your manager may have chosen to automatically equip you with a physical card. In order to use it, you must:

  • add your benefit on your Edenred+ application or website using the activation code received with the letter that accompanied your card.

  • confirm the receipt of your physical card to be able to use it. For this, go to the tab "Card" > "Activate my card" and click on the button "Activate the card"

  • retrieve your 4-digit PIN (or PIN code) to allow you to pay at the merchants by inserting your card in the payment terminal. Your physical card is also compatible for contactless payments.
