How can I set up CESU benefit payment for a service provider?
Updated over a week ago

For an individual service provider to accept payment in the form of Edenred+ CESU benefits, they must be registered with the CESU Reimbursement Center [Centre de Remboursement CESU (CRCESU)]

❗ If your service provider is already registered with the CRCESU, they do not need to re-register. Before adding them to your Edenred+ beneficiary list confirm that they have a NAN code (their personal CRCESU registry number.)

If your service provider is not registered with the CR CESU, they must register on the official CESU website. (French only)

💡 Online registration is only available for individual service providers and in-home daycare providers (assistantes maternelles in French).

To set up CESU benefit payment for a corporate service provider (an agency or other business), the service provider must send all required registration documents (listed on the website) to the following address:

CRCESU

Center de Traitement EXELA

1 rue de la Mare Blanche

77438 Marne La Vallée Cedex 2

Online registration is processed immediately on the CRCESU website, but it may take some time for a newly registered service provider to be added to the Edenred+ database.

Your service provider will then receive a registration confirmation letter containing:

  • their NAN code

  • their CR CESU account password

If your service provider is registered with the CRCESU and you can't add them to your beneficiary list, read this article.
