Status definitions in contacts

Our status field is visible in your CRM - Contacts.

Tip: Take advantage of this by filtering the status to 'not yet contacted' then inviting those contacts in with a mail campaign. Kindly see our user communications article for further details on this. Using this tool will really help make sure no one is left behind.

Status

Explanation

Processing

Short lived stage before Contact is setup (before Not Yet Contacted).

New Access Request

Contact has filled in the "Request Access" form on portal homepage.

Not Yet Contacted

Contact has been added to the system but no invite email has been sent.

Contacted

Contact has been added to the system and an email has been sent. This email could contain any content, such as newsletter, invite to portal etc.

Active

Contact has logged in to the Portal at least once.

Dormant

Contact has logged in at some point but has not logged in the last 60 days.

Denied

Contact has been locked out of the Portal because the Portal admin does not want them on the platform.

Bounced

Mandrill could not find the email address or the email was rejected by the receiving email server.
