Our status field is visible in your CRM - Contacts.
Tip: Take advantage of this by filtering the status to 'not yet contacted' then inviting those contacts in with a mail campaign. Kindly see our user communications article for further details on this. Using this tool will really help make sure no one is left behind.
Status | Explanation |
Processing | Short lived stage before Contact is setup (before Not Yet Contacted). |
New Access Request | Contact has filled in the "Request Access" form on portal homepage. |
Not Yet Contacted | Contact has been added to the system but no invite email has been sent. |
Contacted | Contact has been added to the system and an email has been sent. This email could contain any content, such as newsletter, invite to portal etc. |
Active | Contact has logged in to the Portal at least once. |
Dormant | Contact has logged in at some point but has not logged in the last 60 days. |
Denied | Contact has been locked out of the Portal because the Portal admin does not want them on the platform. |
Bounced | Mandrill could not find the email address or the email was rejected by the receiving email server. |
