How do I stop individual emails from synching to FundPortal
When sending an email campaign, remove the BCC link inside your email and it will not save into your portal.
How do I stop any emails from and to certain email addresses synching to FundPortal
Click into your Edgefolio addin and go to your Settings. Find the Blacklist box and input the email address you would like to not link to the portal.
