Fund Portal lets you launch email campaigns that include PDF attachments, these attachments have the ability to include watermarks

Watermarking provides a reliable method for establishing ownership of digital assets.

When you launch an email campaign you can link directly to the data room, which will make sure your documents are individually watermarked when downloaded by prospects and investors.

However, you might decide you want to attach a PDF to the email campaign rather than a direct link to the document. The email campaign tool allows you to watermark the PDF as it is sent. The watermark will include the recipients email address & timestamp etc

Step 1

Upload your PDF inside the data room - the permission levels will not apply as this will be going outside the portal.

Step 2

Go to your email campaign tool and scroll to the end of the page to find 'Attachments'

Step 3

Select the attachment you would like to send in your email campaign and select the 'add watermark' box.

Step 4

Finish off your email campaign (add recipients, preview before launching etc) and then when you're ready, launch your email campaign as normal.

Step 5

The recipients chosen will then have the PDF sent to them which will include the watermark.

*Please note that you can only watermark PDF's and a maximum of 250 recipients in any one email campaign. If you would like to send to more than 250 recipients in on email campaign, please speak to your Customer Success Manager.
