In the sidebar head to Production > Production Sites and in the dropdown select the site you’d like to set pre-filled production numbers for.

Click the ‘Default Production’ tab.

There are then two options depending on if you would like to manually set the numbers or use a forecast to pre-fill it.

From the menu, select the day you would like to set production numbers for and click ‘Set Forecast’ and 'Save'.

Now click 'Pre-fill production'. The table with automatically populate with the forecasted production numbers for P1 and P2.

From the menu, select the day you would like to set production numbers for and toggle on 'Enable edit mode'.

Editable boxes will now appear in the P1 and P2 columns.

Manually input the production numbers you'd like to set.

When you go into Production Planner, these numbers will now pre-fill in P1 and P2 for that day going forward for the selected site.

You can then repeat this process for each day of the week.
