How to reset your password when your link has expired (New users)

I want to log in for the first time, but the link sent to my email to set my password has expired - What do I do?

If you are trying to log in to Edify for the very first time, but the link sent to set your password has expired - Admins can resend a password set-up link to you from their Edify.

Please ask one of your admin users to complete the following:

  1. From the left hand menu select "Settings"

  2. Select "Users"

  3. The team member you're trying to send a password link reset to should say "Pending" next to their name (This means they have not yet set a password/logged in yet).

  4. To resend their email click on the "Pending" status button, and select "Resend Invite".
    ​


    Your team member will then receive an email with another link where they can set their password for the first time and log in.


​Password set links expire after 48 hours, so do ensure your team member attempts to set their password as soon as possible.
