If you are trying to log in to Edify for the very first time, but the link sent to set your password has expired - Admins can resend a password set-up link to you from their Edify.

Please ask one of your admin users to complete the following:
From the left hand menu select "Settings"
Select "Users"
The team member you're trying to send a password link reset to should say "Pending" next to their name (This means they have not yet set a password/logged in yet).
To resend their email click on the "Pending" status button, and select "Resend Invite".

Your team member will then receive an email with another link where they can set their password for the first time and log in.
βPassword set links expire after 48 hours, so do ensure your team member attempts to set their password as soon as possible.
