How to add a new supplier | Edify Systems Help Center

On the left hand menu select "Supplier"
In the top right hand corner select "Add New Supplier"
Complete new supplier details and "Save" when you're finished.

My supplier doesn't accept orders via email. How should I proceed?
If your supplier accepts orders via Website, Portal, or Whatsapp - This can be set up. Please contact our support team who will be able to assist with this set up, either via Live Chat or email us at hello@edifysystems.io.
Do you send account information to a supplier once I've set them up on Edify?
Edify does not notify a supplier when they've been added to our system. As such we recommend letting suppliers know to expect to receive orders from us. When you add a new supplier be sure to enter your Customer Account Number (and site numbers if applicable) as these details are sent with orders so the supplier can identify your orders more easily.
