Links can be added at the unit level. Materials are most commonly added at the lesson level, where you can add physical materials, files, or links.

Add physical materials:

  1. Select the correct lesson

  2. Find the activity you want to add material to

  3. Click the ⋯ (three dots) in the top right corner and select Edit Info

  4. Scroll to Materials (Optional)

  5. Click +Add

  6. On the first tab, select from sample options or add your own:

    • Click +Click Add, type the material name, and press Enter (it will turn green when added)

  7. Once you've added all desired materials, click Add Materials

  8. Click Save to confirm changes

Add files:

  1. Select the correct lesson

  2. Find the activity you want to add material to

  3. Click the ⋯ (three dots) in the top right corner and select Edit Info

  4. Scroll to Materials (Optional)

  5. Click +Add

  6. Click the second tab for files

  7. Choose your upload method:

    • Upload: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, JPG, PNG, or MP3

    • Google Drive: Browse and attach (creates a copy in Edusfere so you will need to edit it here; we manage sharing permissions for you)

    • Create: Build something new right in Edusfere

  8. Click on the desired option, find your file, and upload

  9. Linked files appear in yellow and are clickable - click to open the file directly

  10. Click Save to confirm changes

Add links:

  1. Select the correct lesson

  2. Find the activity you want to add material to

  3. Click the ⋯ (three dots) in the top right corner and select Edit Info

  4. Scroll to Materials (Optional)

  5. Click +Add

  6. Click the third tab for links

  7. Paste your URL in the Link Address box

  8. Give your link a name

  9. Click Add Link

  10. Linked websites appear in blue and are clickable - click to open the link directly
