The Curriculum Hub lets you view all course, unit, lesson, activity, and standard information in real time. It's also where you manage which teachers have access to which courses.
To access the Curriculum Hub:
Click Curriculum Hub in the left navigation bar
Here you can:
Add courses, units, and lessons:
Click Add Course to create a new course structure
Use the dropdown menus to select grade level(s) and subject
Name the course and click the checkmark to confirm and save
At the course level, you can click the ⋯ (three dots) on the right to Add unit(s).
At the unit level, you can click the ⋯ (three dots) on the right to Add lesson(s).
A note on building courses: In the Curriculum Hub, you can add structure by creating courses, units, and lessons—mostly just titles and basic organization. Teachers handle the detailed building on their portal, where they add details, learning objectives, activities, materials, and step-by-step instructions. For more information on how a teacher builds out their course, see our guide on Getting Started with Edusfere as a Teacher.
Review courses, units, lessons, and activities:
Click on a course to review all information teachers entered
Click the arrow next to a course name to expand and see all units
Click on a unit to review its information
Click the arrow next to a unit name to expand and see all lessons
Click on a lesson to review lesson and activity information
Manage courses using the ⋯ (three dots) on the far right:
Duplicate: Create a copy at the course level and it will duplicate all units, lessons, and activities under that course
Switch Owner: Assign a different teacher as the course owner
Manage Access: Give editing or viewing access to a course
Edit = Teacher can make adjustments at all levels of the course
View = Teacher can view all information but cannot edit. Teachers with view access can make minor adaptations at the activity level, but changes only affect their portal
Edit: Modify course, unit, or lesson information
Add: At the course level, you can add units. At the unit level, you can add lessons.
Move to Trash: Deleted data stays in trash for 90 days and can be restored during that time
