On Tuesdays, you will receive a weekly payment statement for the previous weeks' work showing your hours and how much you are due, this will be for work completed between a Monday to the following Sunday. The payment takes 3-8 working days to reach your account, depending on the clients settlement method. For our payments edyn.care uses our secure payment provider Stripe.
Reminder: Please wait until after the estimated paid by date shown on your payslip in the portal before raising a payment query. Further, payments are paid out on a per client basis in any given billing period. This means that if you worked at two clients in the same week, you are not guaranteed to receive payments on the same day. Carers should only reach out to us if they have not received their whole payslip amount by the estimated pay date on their portal.

Payments are broken down into 3 tiers, depending on the complexity of the care package:
Tier 1: £800 per week - household tasks, medication support, personal hygiene including assistance with dressing and toileting, companionship and emotional support.
Tier 2: £855 per week - household tasks, medication support, personal hygiene including help with stoma, peg or catheter, hoisting (provided it can be completed by one person), help with challenging behaviours and condition led care.
Tier 3: £880 per week - more extensive conditions led care, personal hygiene, hoisting, complex care.
Additional options - you will get paid the following (if used on package). Please note a multiple of x2 will be on your pay only and not on any additional option payments for bank holidays:
