Before starting working with us, you must upload your documents and references. We will ask you to provide the contact details of at least three references.
We need two professional references - such as a former manager/employer/ex-colleague, or a client you've done care for. So we encourage you to make sure your references will be as relevant to the role as possible.
Your other referee can be a personal reference - such as a friend, flatmate, neighbour, or family friend.
What do I need to provide?
Please ensure that all contact details: Name, company, position, professional email, and phone number are included. However, if you only have email, feel free to submit just email - this should be a professional email address from a workplace.
What kind of questions will be asked of the referees?
Firstly, we want to clarify important details – like dates of employment or how long they have known you. Then we’ll ask more about your character, skills, and attitudes.
We understand that your references are busy people so it shouldn’t take them any more than about 5 minutes to give us a reference through our form.
