Will I be paid for additional hours worked?

If additional breaks cannot be arranged within the required timeframe of 72 hours, you'll be compensated at the rate outlined below, which will be dependent on the tier of care provided. The number of hours you are paid will be for every additional hour you're working beyond the stipulated 'Sleeping Night' terms or Daily Averages, which is a maximum of twice in the night for 15 minutes at a time.
