Several options are available and will be agreed with the family during the initial assessment:

  • The care recipient's family can cover the breaks.

  • Collaboration with a Local Hourly Care Company can be initiated by the care recipient's family.

  • Day Centre Arrangement, where care recipients can be enrolled in a day centre program.

If any of the above are not yet in place and the recipient cannot be left alone, please do not leave the property until suitable arrangements for your break have been made. This can otherwise result in a Safeguarding being raised against you, as a vulnerable adult will be left without adequate support.

If you have any questions or need urgent support please call the office on 02039709900.
