Your breaks are managed through the edyn.care visit notes. It is important that you stipulate when your break was taken and outline when it was not and what carer services were provided during this missed break time.
If you do not have your break and would like the client to provide you with an additional break or to be paid for additional hours, you are asked to complete the ‘Additional Hours’ form located on the portal in the forms section, the form is also accessible HERE.
