What is the process if I have a medical appointment?

For routine medical appointments, please schedule them outside your working hours. If this isn't possible, inform the office team at least 2 weeks in advance and provide proof of the appointment.

In emergencies, notify the office team or your care coordinator immediately.

We commit to ensuring a backup carer is at the property within 24 hours. Proof will also be required of said emergency before returning to work with us.
