The steps below are for a parent or guardian to follow to activate/reactivate your subscription to Eedi Plus.
As a parent, you can subscribe to Eedi Plus following these steps:
Go to https://family.eedi.com/login and log in to your Parent Hub.
Go to your ⚙️ Account page and select Billing.
Make sure that the subscription you want to purchase (Monthly or Yearly) is selected as your current plan.
Enter your card details and confirm the subscription.
You will now have full access to Eedi Plus features!
That's it! You're good to go 🥳
