How to cancel your subscription

We'd hate to see you cancel your subscription, but should you wish to, you can do so at any time.

If you cancel your subscription you will still have access to Eedi Plus features until the end of your paid period.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your Parent Hub.

  2. Go to your ⚙️ Account tab and select 'Billing'.


  3. Here you'll find your subscription and billing details. To cancel your subscription click 'Cancel plan'.


  4. You will be asked to confirm your choice. Select the 'Cancel plan' button to proceed.


  5. Your subscription has now been successfully cancelled.

Important: Cancelling your subscription will not refund previous payments. You will retain access to Eedi Plus features for the remainder of your paid period.

Once your subscription is cancelled your account will revert to our free Eedi Plan.
