How to find your child's log in details and log into their account πŸ§‘β€πŸ’»

Updated over a week ago

During the sign-up process you will be asked to enter your child's details to create their Eedi account, also known as their Learning Hub. We'll use their details to set them up with their own username and password to log into Eedi with πŸ™‚

We'll send you your child's login details via email so that you have a copy, but you can also access their account and find their details within your own parent account. Here's how to access your child's account.

If your child's teacher has set an account up for them, your child should already have their log in details.

Logging in via your parent account

Once you've finished signing up you can sign straight into your child's account from within your parent account by clicking 'Log in as child' in the top corner:

Finding your child's username and password

You can find your child's username and password within your parent account. Simply click on their name at the top of the page and then choose Edit:

Your child can then use their username and password on the login page to access their account.

We recommend logging in to Eedi with your child together for the first time so you can explore what we have to offer πŸ˜ƒ

Why is my child's password blank?

If you are trying to log in with your child and their password is blank, this means that either you or your child have set a new password. We don't store these passwords for security purposes. We'll only show a password here if it has been set by Eedi whilst signing up, or set by your child's teacher.
