If your child's teacher has created an Eedi account for them you're able to link yourself to it so that you can track their progress 💪
There are two ways that you can connect your child's account to your account.
Option 1: Using an invitation code from your child or their teacher
If your child or their teacher has invited you to Eedi, you will receive an email titled "Request from [your child's name]" with your unique code. Here's how to use your unique code:
If you do not already have an Eedi parent account:
If you don't have your own Eedi parent account, the email invitation we send to you includes a button for you to click to create your account (you'll need to be logged out of any accounts -including your child's account- before clicking this):
Clicking this button will open up the signup page for you to enter your details. Once your details have been entered, an account will be created for you that is linked to your child.
If you do already have an Eedi parent account:
Log into your existing Eedi parent account.
Click on the "Link with child" button from your invitation email.
This will open up your account. Click on the "Add an invite code" option and your code will already be entered for you.
Click the "Link with child" button and your accounts will be linked!
Option 2: Enter your child's login details
If you haven't received an invite to join, you can set up your own account and enter your child's login details to connect your accounts. To do this:
Click on the "Enter your child's login details" option on your homepage.
(If you don't see this option, click on your child's name at the top of the page and select "Link with existing child".)
Enter your child's username and password. Once done your accounts will be linked!
You'll now be connected to your child's school account! You'll receive updates on their progress and can check in to see how they're performing 🎉
