You can cancel your Eedi Plus subscription at any time via your Eedi account.
If you cancel your subscription you will still have access to Eedi Plus features until the end of your paid period.
To cancel your subscription:
Log in to your Parent account.
Go to your ⚙️ Account tab and select 'Billing'.
Here you'll find your subscription and billing details. To cancel your subscription click 'Cancel plan'.
You will be asked to confirm your choice. Select the 'Cancel plan' button to proceed.
Your subscription has now been successfully cancelled.
Once your subscription is cancelled your account will revert to our free Eedi Plan.
