Cancelling your Eedi Plus subscription

If you'd like to stop using Eedi Plus you can cancel at any time. Step by step instructions to do this can be found here.

If you cancel your subscription to Eedi Plus you and your child will continue to have access to Eedi Plus features until the end of your billing month. After this, your accounts will revert to our free plan.

For example, if you last paid for Eedi on the 5th August, and cancelled on the 19th August, you'd be able to keep using Eedi Plus features for the remainder of your billing month until the 4th September.

Can I get a refund?

We offer all new users a 7-day free trial to try out Eedi, don't require you to enter credit card details on sign up, and allow you to cancel at any time. We hope that in most cases this should mean you are never charged for Eedi when you weren't expecting it. As such, as a general rule we do not offer refunds. However, if you have signed up to our product and feel like you were unfairly charged please reach out to us and we will see what we can do. Please note that refund requests will only be considered within 60 days of the payment being taken.

Can I pause my subscription?

It is not currently possible to pause your subscription in the Eedi application. If you'd like to pause your subscription please reach out to us and we will do our best to help you. Note that Eedi subscriptions will still be active during school holidays to support your child's learning!

I just purchased a subscription, but my Eedi Plus features did not activate

Try logging out of your account and back in again. If that doesn't work please reach out to us.

What happens to my child's work if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription your child will lose access to Eedi Plus features at the end of your billing period. After this time they will be added to our fee Eedi plan.

If you later decide to reactive your subscription, your child will regain access to all Eedi Plus features.

I'm having trouble paying, what are my options?

We understand that life can throw some curveballs. If you are having trouble paying but would like to continue to use Eedi, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do.
