Helpdesk AI can be trained on your Confluence, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other apps. It can also be trained on tables.

Confluence wiki

  1. Navigate to the bot you’d like to train.

  2. Click the plus button in the Sources section of the sidebar.

  3. Select Confluence.

  4. Follow the instructions to install the Chrome browser extension.

  5. Open the extension when you have your Confluence pages open, and select the correct bot.

  6. Select ’Add sources’, then either ’Add current tab’, or ’Add all tabs in window.’

  7. Chat with your bot and check it out!

Google Docs

  1. Navigate to the bot you’d like to train.

  2. Click the plus button in the Sources section of the sidebar.

  3. Select Google Docs.

  4. Follow the instructions to install the Chrome browser extension.

  5. Open the extension when you have your Google Docs open and select the correct bot.

  6. Select ‘Add Sources’, then either ‘Add current tab’, or ‘Add all tabs in window.’

  7. Chat with your bot and check it out!

Tables

For Google Sheets or other tables, we suggest exporting the sheet as a CSV and uploading that directly. It’ll work best in that format.
