You can customize the tone and provide additional instructions for your bot so that it matches your specific branding and personalization preferences.
To do so, simply follow these steps:
Navigate to your dashboard for the bot that you’d like to update.
Select the customize button the left hand side of the dash.
Here you’ll find a text box for you to enter any instructions regarding tone, how to respond to certain broad scenarios, what contact information to provide it or even which language to respond with specifically.
These custom instructions will be applied to this specific bot, and will impact how the bot responds on all Destination platforms.
There is a 2000 character limit on these instructions. If you need more characters or more specific instructions for the bot, please contact us through your dashboard or with the it@eesel.app.
