How do I customize the tone of the bot?

With eesel, you can customize the tone and provide additional instructions for your bot so that it matches your specific branding and personalization preferences.

To do so, simply navigate to your dashboard for the bot that you’d like to update. You can do so by clicking the drop down menu on the sidebar.

Then, select the customize tab on the sidebar.

Here you’ll find a text box for you to input any instructions regarding tone, how to respond to certain broad scenarios, what contact information to provide it or even which language to respond with specifically.

These custom instructions will be applied to this specific bot, and will impact how the bot responds on all Destination platforms.

There is a 2000 character limit on these instructions. If you need more characters or more specific instructions for the bot, please contact us either through the dashboard or via email at it@eesel.app.
