AI actions and prompts are linked to specific Destinations.

In your dashboard, navigate to the Destinations section. Select which Destination you’d like to configure actions for.

Here, you’ll see the “Prompts and Actions” tab. The prompt window allows you to add specific instructions and behaviors for your bot. To set up this feature, please contact us through the dashboard or via email at it@eesel.app.

In the meantime, you can use the “Customize” feature on the left-hand side to provide instructions for the bot that will be used across all Destinations.

If you’d like to set up and enable actions like email collection, human escalation, and calling APIs, use the “Talk to us” button to start configuring these with the team, to your specifications.
