What you need to know about BMW data and syncing
EEVEE relies on the data of BMW to provide the charging sessions and make them visible in the EEVEE app. When they are present in the BMW-app, they should be present in our app.
π How data syncing works
BMW provides the data: EEVEE can only show sessions that BMW records and uploads.
Car connection matters:
If your car is in an area with limited or no mobile reception, data may not upload immediately.
If your CarData subscription expires, syncing will stop.
Buffer storage:
Some BMW models can temporarily store charging sessions when offline.
This buffer is limited, so not all data can be saved indefinitely.
π To avoid missing data, make sure your car uploads regularly to the BMW CarData cloud.
β οΈ If charging sessions are missing
First, check if the sessions appear in the BMW app.
If they are missing there, they cannot be synced to EEVEE.
If they are present in BMW but not in EEVEE, please contact us via the chat in the app.
If you notice any issues with the syncing of charging data, be sure to let us know via the Chat-function in our app.
