Some car brands require you to enter your VIN (short for vehicle identification number) in order to connect to EEVEE. This number is the unique identifier of the vehicle, and can be found on several places:
The VIN has 18 digits, containing both numbers and letters.
The most common places to find your VIN are:
Bottom right of the car windshield (outside)
On the inside of the driver-side door
Inside of the hood (front)
In the official application of your car
On registration documents of the car
On insurance documentation of the car
