You can download the EEVEE mobility-app worldwide for free in the App Store for iPhone and Google Play Store.
For iOS you'll need to be running at least iOS 12.
For Android you'll need to be running at least Android 5.0.
We are trying to make every EV or hybrid compatible with EEVEE. But that's a mission that takes time... To see if your (PH)EV is already supported, please check out this article.
