What should I do if my EEVEE charge pass is not working?

Although the EEVEE Mobility charge pass is compatible with almost all public charging stations, issues can always arise.

My charge pass is not being accepted

In case you are not able to charge at a specific location, please go through the following steps in order to identify the exact issue.

What to do if your charge pass it not being accepted

  1. Check if the charging station you want to use is compatible with the charge pass. You can do this via the EEVEE-app or via map.eeveemobility.com.

  2. Check if the charge pass works at another charging station around you. If it does, the charge pass itself is not defective.

  3. If the charging station itself is malfunctioning, you will need to contact the charging station provider itself. The contact information is displayed on the charging infrastructure.

  4. If the charging station is working and shown as compatible, please contact the service number present on the charging station so they can check why the charging pass is not being accepted.
