Although the EEVEE Mobility charge pass is compatible with almost all public charging stations, issues can always arise.
In case you are not able to charge at a specific location, please go through the following steps in order to identify the exact issue:
Check if the charging station you want to use is compatible with the charge pass.
Check if the charge pass works at another charging station around you.
If the charging station itself is malfunctioning, you will need to contact the charging station provider itself. The contact information is displayed on the charging infrastructure.
