Do you want to block or stop using the EEVEE Mobility Charge Pass? Just sent us a message via email to sales@eeveemobility.com or your account manager and we'll do the rest!

After receiving our confirmation the charge pass is blocked, but keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours it is actually not useable anymore. This depends on the speed of refreshing the tokens of the Charge Point Operator (CPO).

Keep in mind there are no subscription costs so you can just keep using your charge pass just in case.
