Porsche is currently available in beta. This early version may show inaccurate data or connectivity problems. Please share bugs/issues with us, so that we can fix them quickly.
What do I need to know
You need to make your vehicle is not set to private mode. We need to have access to the information of the vehicle.
You can deactivate this mode via Settings > Privacy and Porsche Connect settings > Private mode > [set this to inactive]
You will need to manually enter the battery capacity of the car. A task will be displayed on the main screen of the app.
Please use the capacity mentioned on the certificate of conformity of your vehicle.
As soon as the car is being used, we will receive data. From that moment on you should see events and information displayed.
What do I need to connect my vehicle
In order to link your Porsche you'll need to
Sign in using your official Porsche account credentials.
Make sure your vehicle is already connected to the official Porsche app and up to date information is shown in their app (your car needs to have connectivity services enabled for this).
