What is eFarmz?
eFarmz was born in 2013 with one purpose: to make the access of the best belgian products easier.
We work with over 100 producers 👩🌾 The products you order are organic, local (with some exceptions) and made with traditional methods.
A few days before your delivery, we order your products to our producers. There is usually only 48 hours between the moment we place the order and the moment it arrives at your home!
The eFarmz philosophy is also to get as close as possible to Zero Waste (you can therefore return your packaging box to us for reuse ♻️).

For the moment, our website is only in French, but you can translate it with the help of your browser. And it will be available in English soon ;)
What are the delivery times?
Orders must be placed:
Friday before 7am to be delivered on Monday/Tuesday,
Monday before 7am to be delivered on Wednesday/Thursday delivery,
Wednesday before 7am to be delivered on Friday/Saturday.
How to place an order?
1. Go to https://www.efarmz.be
2. Click on "LIVRAISON" in the top left corner
3. Enter your postcode and choose your delivery date and time slot
4. Add products to your basket (minimum 25€). When you have finished, click on "Panier" and then click on "PASSER UNE COMMANDE CLASSIQUE" at the bottom
5. Check the summary of your order and adjust the quantities if necessary
6. On the right hand side, add a promo code in "CODE PROMO" if you have one
7. Validate your delivery information and your payment
8. After validating your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

How does the subscription work ? How can I subscribe?
The subscription brings a lot of benefits for all these reasons:
It is economical: you do not have to pay the preparation costs (2.95€ per order).
You can choose the frequency of delivery (every week, 2 weeks or 4 weeks).
You can add other products you want to your subscription from time to time
It is flexible: you can pause a delivery date, the subscription itself or even delete it at any time ✅
Here are the steps to follow in order to activate your subscription and your account:
1. Go to https://www.efarmz.be
2. Click on "LIVRAISON" in the top left corner
3. Enter your postcode and choose your delivery date and time slot
4. Add the product(s) you want to subscribe to in your basket by clicking on "S'ABONNER" below
5. In your basket, click on "ACTIVER MON ABONNEMENT"
7. Validate your delivery information and your payment method (1€ will be charged to verify your payment but your order will not be paid directly)
8. Once everything is good, go to "My subscription" and check the content
