Each time you invite a guest they will enter the Greenroom and hang out there throughout your show. While Backstage, where your guests are while the broadcast is live, they'll be able to chat with each other, chat with you, and much more. Here's a list of everything guests will be able to do Backstage in the Greenroom.

See other guests: Guests who are in the Greenroom while an event is live will be able to see all the other guests who have joined the Greenroom. They will also be able to see which of those guests are currently live.

Chat privately: Using our Guest Chat feature, guests will be able to send text-based messages from within the Greenroom that can be seen by everyone in the Greenroom and those operating Effi from Stage.

See audience chat messages: Guests will have access to Audience Chat which shows all of the incoming chat messages from all the platforms you are streaming to. So whether viewers are chatting on YouTube, on Twitch, on Facebook, or all three... your guests will be able to see.

See live elements: Guests will be able to see any element live in a scene while in the Greenroom. This way they can react in real-time and see the action without having to watch on a separate screen.

Get help: If guests are having an issue at any time they will be able to access help articles written just for them or get support from an Effi team member without leaving the Greenroom.
