Each time you're invited to a broadcast, you'll enter the Greenroom , where you'll remain throughout the show. Once the event goes live, we refer to this as being "backstage." While backstage, you can chat with other guests, communicate with your hosts or producers, and much more. Here's a list of what you can do backstage:
See other guests: While in the Greenroom, you can view all the other guests who have joined. You'll also be able to see which of them are currently live.
Chat privately: Using the Private Chat feature, you can send text-based messages to other guests, hosts, or producers. These messages are not visible to the audience.
See audience chat messages: You'll have access to Audience Chat, which shows all incoming chat messages from every platform the event is streaming to. Whether viewers are chatting on YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, or all three, you'll be able to see what they're saying.
See live elements: You can view any element that’s live in a scene while you're in the Greenroom, allowing you to react in real-time without needing a separate screen.
Get help: If you encounter any issues, you can access help articles like this one or reach out to an Effi team member for support, all without leaving the Greenroom.
