Effi gives you a library of interactive elements you can use during a live broadcast to encourage and facilitate audience interaction and engagement.

Use our chat elements to highlight what the audience is saying, polls to let your audience vote, the meter to poll your audience, triggers as an expression of how they’re feeling, and more. Each of our interactive elements was created with a different purpose in mind, but the most exciting thing is that we hope you will come up with your own creative applications for the elements that we didn’t even contemplate.

How to use Effi's interactive elements?

The great thing about Effi's elements is how creative you want to get with them is really up to you. Let's use polls as an example. Below are three different ways you can use polls, each increasing on the level of complexity and engagement.

  1. Ask your audience what their favorite food is. This is a pretty easy way to get started with polls. It's posing a question to your audience that prompts them to type into the chat and gives them something to engage with amongst themselves, but it doesn't really affect the show at all.

  2. Ask your audience what kind of social content they would like to see more of from you. Now we're getting a bit more advanced but not too much. You are connecting the audience to you and your brand a bit more, and you are engaging them in a way that may cause some change in the future, but not immediately.

  3. Ask your audience what segment they want to do next. Here we get into more high engagement. You have bought the audience fully into the content and the choice they are going to make some real-time changes to the content they are watching.

This approach to polls can be taken with most of Effi's interactive elements. It's up to you to decide what works for you, and we're always here if you need a little help.
