Sharing reports ensures that all stakeholders have access to key insights and can make informed choices about the future of your content and strategy. That's why Effi allows you to share interactive reports with your team in a variety of ways. Follow the steps below to learn how to share reports:
Generate Report
Before sharing, ensure you have generated the report you wish to share. If you haven’t yet created one, follow the steps to build and generate a report in the "Reports" section of Analytics.
From the Report
Once you've built and generated your report, you'll see a "Share report" button at the top of your generated report.
Clicking this option will generate a shareable URL that you can email directly to your team or copy and share through your preferred method—Teams, Slack, or by adding it to your organization’s project management software.
From the Dashboard
If you want to share a report that you generated at an earlier date, then you can do so right form the Reports dashboard without opening the report.
Find the report you want to share with your team and click the share icon on the left.
This will open the same screen as above with the shareable URL.
