Save schedule as template

Templates make it easy to reuse your previously made schedule.

Updated over a week ago

Make your schedule faster using templates. You can use day templates and week templates. After creating a schedule, you can choose to 'Save as template', and in an empty week you can choose to 'load template'.

For example:

  • Create a template for the team members that always work standard shifts.

  • Create one with only open shifts, if they are not always picked up by the same person.

  • Add break times to the shifts in the templates, so you don't need to add them manually to the schedule.
