Eitje makes planning as easy as possible for you, by showing in different places the amount of hours or days you have already scheduled a team member.
For the team members with fixed hours you see the number of planned hours and the number of contract hours (00:00 / 40:00) behind their name.
For team members with a different contract you see the number of planned days and the number of desired days (0 / 5) behind their name.
⚠️ Note: If you exceed the amount of hours or days, this shows up as red as a warning.
You find this information in the following places:
Planning per team
In a scheduled shift
On the planning, in the scheduled shifts (without opening them), you find a number in the team member's profile picture. This number shows the amount of days the team member has been scheduled in this week.
In the availability view, underneath the scheduled shifts
If you have the availability enabled (under 'Show' in the top right corner), you see the names of team members and their availability per day. Behind their name you see the hours or days they've been scheduled for that week.
Planning per team member
On the planning, on the left, you find the number of scheduled hours or days right by the names of the team members.
In a shift window
When you open a shift, while creating or editing them, you see the amount of hours or days per team member. The information here includes the current shift you have open. You can open the shift window from the Planning in any view type.
In the 'Planning panel'
On each planning page you'll find the 'Tools' button in the top right corner. here you find the option 'Planning panel'. This panel opens on the right and gives you insight into the scheduled hours or days for that week. For employees with a fixed hours contract, you can immediately compare the planned hours with their contract hours, and amend the schedule where necessary.
