Updated over 10 months ago

You can create allowances and allocate these to shifts. Go to the menu in the top right corner > Venue settings. Under the 'Financial' section click on 'Create' next to allowances.

There are three different types of allowances you can add.

Function allowance

This is an allowance you can name yourself. For example, an allowance for a managerial role. Make sure the allowance is in use so you can allocate it.

After creating this allowance you can allocate it to a shift in the planning or time registration.

Irregularity allowance

This is an allowance for team members that work during specific hours on specific days. This allowance is automatically added to a shift when this shift meets the requirements of the allowance.

Holiday allowance

This is allowance for everyone that works on certain holidays. The allowance is automatically added to all shifts on the day of the holiday.

Allowance percentage

For each allowance you indicate a percentage. If this is set at 50%, for example, this means that the hourly wage is multiplied by 1.5. These allowances are also immediately included in the labour costs and can be seen in the planning and time registration in the shift of a team member.

When exporting hours, your export will show the number of hours for which an allowance applies.
