Thanks to the integration with Lightspeed, you directly get an update on your revenue every hour in Eitje. You do not have to fill out anything manually and you get live insight into your labour costs.
⚠️ Note: Hours are not exported from Lightspeed to Eitje. The integration only imports the revenue from Lightspeed into Eitje.
Activate integration
To activate the integration you have to start in Eitje. At the top click on 'Data' > Integrations. Then click on 'Add' next to Lightspeed L. You will be redirected to Lightspeed where you have to log in to activate the integration.
Set up integration
Once the integration is done, you only have to determine which revenue you want to retrieve. In this integration you have two options to link revenue:
Per revenue group: Link per revenue group to make a distinction between revenue from, for example, the bar and the kitchen.
Per sales area: Link per sales area to divide the revenue over the different locations of the revenue.
⚠️ Note: The integration will only work if you have divided all revenue groups from Lightspeed over the revenue groups in Eitje.
Retrieve revenue
Once your integration is activated and set up, Eitje will retrieve revenue from the POS system from this moment on. This means that Eitje does not automatically retrieve revenue from the past. Do you want to see this revenue in Eitje? Follow these steps.
Navigate to 'Hours' at the top and click 'Per week'.
Scroll down until you see the revenue section. Don't see it? Check under the 'Show' button at the top if the revenue box is checked.
Click on 'Revenue' next the settings at the bottom.
Here you can click on 'Sync' next to the days you want to retrieve.
