User does not receive emails from eitje

There will be certain times when eitje will send an email to the users. If this e-mail does not arrive, it can be for various reasons.

Demo Mode

First of all, it's good to know that we never automatically send emails to team members of companies that are still in demo mode. For more info about this read the article about Demo mode.


Spam box

Your mail program may mistake your messages as spam. It is therefore advisable to check your spam box.


Activation mail not received

When you create your team members, an email will be sent to log in to eitje. If it is the case that this e-mail cannot be found, that is no problem. The team member can simply enter the email address in the mobile app or web application. The email address will be recognised and the account can be activated.


Settings

By default, the schedule is sent by email. If this e-mail does not arrive, it is good to check your personal settings. This is because it is possible to indicate here whether the team member wants to receive the planning by e-mail.
