Availability template

Use a template for your availability.

Does your availability look more or less the same each week? Then you can use an availability template.

You can create this template in the app or through your profile in the web version. If you have the role of Admin or Manager, you can also create the availability template for your team members.



Availability template in the web version

  1. At the top of the page click on 'Team' > My profile.

  2. Under 'Options', click on 'Edit template'.

  3. Click on the dot below the day to adjust the availability.

  4. Add a comment.
    ⚠️ Note: It may be mandatory to add a comment when selecting the status 'Unavailable', depending on the availability settings.

  5. Click on 'Back'.

  6. Navigate to the week for which you want to use the template and under 'Template' choose 'Load template.

  7. You might be asked if you want to override the current availability.


Availability template in app

  1. Go to the menu.

  2. Click on 'Requests'.

  3. Click on 'Availability template'.

  4. Click on the days to adjust the availability. Add a comment. The template is saved automatically.
    ⚠️ Note: It may be mandatory to add a comment when selecting the status 'Unavailable', depending on the availability settings.

  5. Go to 'Availability' and navigate to the week for which you want to use the template and click 'Insert your template'.

  6. You might be asked if you want to override the current availability.
