Thanks to Eitjeopdevloer, the clock system of Eitje, you can have your team members clock in and out. You can use it both via a computer and via an app on a tablet. With a unique time clock PIN, team members can clock in on location. This way, you have a more accurate view of the worked hours. The clocked hours immediately appear in the time registration, so you don’t have to wait for your team members to submit their hours themselves.
⚠️ Note: Only the admin of a venue can activate Eitjeopdevloer.
Activate Eitjeopdevloer
Go to the web version of Eitje.
Click on the menu in the top right corner > Venue settings.
On the left side, choose 'Eitjeopdevloer'.
Then click on 'Generate code'. The following screen opens. Here you will find a KEY ID and SECRET ID.
Click on 'OK'. Now, at the top, you will also see an Environment ID, abbreviated as Env ID. You will need these three IDs for the login screen of Eitjeopdevloer.
Now download the Eitjeopdevloer app via the Google Play Store or App Store (⚠️ Note: this is not the regular Eitje app!). Or go to https://vloer.eitje.app to use the web version.
Open the app. You will be asked for the Key ID, Secret ID, and Environment ID. Enter these. The status of the device will then change to 'Active'.
Once you have entered the IDs, your team members can clock in with their time clock PIN. Read more about Eitjeopdevloer for team members here.

Multiple devices
You can activate Eitjeopdevloer on multiple devices. If you have multiple tablets in one business or if every venue has its own computer, you can generate codes for each device. Click on the 'Device Settings' button and then on 'Create a new code'.
⚠️ Note: The Env ID remains the same. This is the specific ID for your venue, ensuring that the hours are registered in the correct venue.
Costs
By activating and using Eitjeopdevloer, you will also switch to the Complete package. This means that you will be invoiced an additional 0.40 cents for each team member.
There are no additional costs associated with connecting an extra device. You can connect as many devices as you want.
