With our clocking system you can have your team members clock in and out on location. You can use it in a browser, or by downloading the app for tablets. Team members use a unique 'Time Clock PIN'.
By doing so, you will have a more accurate registration of the worked hours. The clocked hours immediately appear in the time registration, so you don’t have to wait for your team members to submit their hours themselves.
⚠️ Note: Only Admins of the Eitje account can activate the clocking system.
Activate the clock system
Log in to the web version of Eitje.
Click on the menu in the top right corner, and choose 'Clocking system'.
If no device was ever set up, you will see an empty overview. In the bottom right corner, click 'Generate new codes'.
The codes will appear, they are a 'Key code', 'Pairing code' and a 'Venue code'.
Now download the app of our clocking system.
This is not the regular Eitje app. Instead, it is called 'Eitjeopdevloer', which is available in Google Play Store or App Store.
Alternatively, go to https://vloer.eitje.app to use the web version in a browser.
Open the app, or the website. You will be asked for the three codes you found in step 4. Enter these codes here.
Once you have entered the codes, your team members can start clocking in with their Time Clock PIN. This PIN can not be created, but already exists in each team member's profile. Read more about Clocking system for team members.
There are several settings that you can adjust to tailor the clock system to your needs. Read more about it here.
Multiple devices
You can activate the clocking system on multiple devices. If you have multiple tablets in one business, or if every venue has its own computer, you can generate codes for each device. Simply go to the clocking system settings in Eitje, and click 'Generate new codes'.
⚠️ Note: The venue code remains the same. This is the specific ID for your venue, ensuring that the hours are registered on the correct venue.
Pricing
By activating and using the clocking system, you will also switch to the 'Complete' package. This means that you will be invoiced an additional 0.40 EUR for each team member (in total 4.00 EUR per team member per month).
There are no additional costs for connecting an extra device. You can connect as many devices as you want.
