Thanks to the integration between Twelve and Eitje, you get an update about your revenue every hour. This way you directly gain live insight into your labour costs.
Activate integration
To activate the integration with Twelve click on 'Data' > Integrations. Then click on 'Add' next to Twelve. After this you have to fill out some authentication data to activate the integration. These are not just your log in data from Twelve, but API keys. You should receive these from Twelve. Then click on 'Activate integration'.
Set up integration
Once you've activated the integration, you only have to determine which revenue you want to retrieve. In this integration you have the option to do it per revenue group. This way you can, for example, register the revenue from the bar and kitchen separately.
⚠️ Note: The integration will only work if you have divided all revenue groups from Twelve over the revenue groups in Eitje.
Retrieve revenue
Once your integration is activated and set up, Eitje will retrieve revenue from the POS system from this moment on. This means that Eitje does not automatically retrieve revenue from the past. Do you want to see this revenue in Eitje? Follow these steps.
Navigate to 'Hours' at the top and click 'Per week'.
Scroll down until you see the revenue section. Don't see it? Check under the 'Show' button at the top if the revenue box is checked.
Click on 'Revenue' next the settings at the bottom.
Here you can click on 'Sync' next to the days you want to retrieve.
