Apply filters

You can apply filters to determine which data you get in the export.

Updated over a week ago

Filters help to further specify the data that you want to export. A few examples:

  • You want to export all the worked hours of team members with a fixed contract. You use a filter for the contract type.

  • You want to export all the worked hours in your organisation from team members that have a contract in your venue. You use a filter for the contract venue.

  • You want to see the worked hours of active team members only. You filter on active contract.

  • You would like to export the planning shifts for the next month of the kitchen team. You use a team filter.

Filters for the rows

These filters are applied to the rows in your export. In other words, you apply them to the category (team members, hour entries, planned shifts, leave requests, teams or venues) you have chosen.

If you have one venue, you see the following filters:

  • Venues: You want to export the data of a venue.

  • Teams: You want to see the data of certain teams.

  • Team members: You only need the data of specific team members.

If you have multiple venues, you also get these filters:

  • Organisation: You want to export the data of the whole organisation (all venues).

  • Contract venue: You only want to export the data of team members that have a contract in this venue.

Filters for the columns

You only get to see the filters for columns if you selected the category for team members and if you added certain data, like worked hours, on the design page. You apply these filters to the hours to further specify the information you get to see.

If you have one venue, you see the following filters:

  • Venues: You want to export the data of a venue.

  • Teams: You want to see the data of certain teams.

If you have multiple venues, you also get this filter:

  • Organisation: You want to export the data of the whole organisation (all venues).

Example: You choose the team members category and add the column worked hours. For the row filter you choose the venue and for the column filter you select the service team. Now you only see the worked hours of team members from that team in the export.

In the export you can tell for which column(s) there is an active filter by the little asterisk *

Extra filters

Finally you can choose some extra filters. Depending on the category, you can select:

  • Employed status: You want to see the data of active and/or deleted team members.

  • Contract status: In case there is no active contract, you give the export permission to base the data on the most recent active contract.

  • Contract active: You want to see the data of people with an active and/or not an active contract.

  • Contract types: You can select the contract types you want to see the data of, for example team members with a flexible or fixed contract.

  • Type of hour: You choose if you want to see worked hours, leave hours, sick hours or special leave hours in the export.

  • Shift types: You only want certain shift types in the export.
