In Eitje you can make use of ready-made exports to export your data. You can find these exports by navigating to 'Data' in the main menu on top. Under the question mark icons you'll find a brief explanation.
โ ๏ธ Note: In these standard exports you find frequently used data. You can apply some filters, such as team and contract type, but other than that you cannot personalise the exports because of their standard layout. Do you want more control and flexibility? Check out the library or create your own export.
After exporting you can find the file by under 'Notifications' in the top right corner. Here you can find each file as soon as it's downloaded.
โ
๐ก Tip: You can find an example file for each standard export to get an idea of how the data is presented.
Planning
You can easily export scheduled shifts to an Excel file. It's a way to have a printed schedule to hang up somewhere. You can also find this export by clicking the 'Tools' button in the planning. There are two options:
As a table: Export your schedule in a grid with your team members on the left.
As a list with shifts: Get all the shifts sorted on time below each other.
Time registration
๐ก You can also find this export by navigating to 'Hours' > 'Tools' > 'Export hours'.
There are four different options to choose from:
Per team member: This provides a comprehensive insight into all the hour entries of your team members.
Per team: A simple overview of the hour entries per team, and per day.
Per day: A simple overview of the hour entries per day, and per team member.
Quick entry: A useful overview with all data needed for your payroll administration.
You choose the period you need the hours for, then select the teams and contract types if needed (leave blank if you want all of it), and you can indicate whether you want to leave out the team members with no hours in that period.
โ ๏ธ Note: Only approved hours will appear in the export.
It is also possible to integrate your payroll administration with Eitje. Learn more about the different integrations with Eitje.
Labour costs
Do you want more insight into the labour cost for a specific period - for example last month? There are two format options:
Overview: In this file, both the revenue and labour costs are shown per day.
Per team: You can see the revenue and labour costs, and how your teams compare to each other.
Does the layout of the exports not meet your requirements? You can also create your own export or have a look in the library.
Integrations
Do you use Connexie or Horecalonen? Then you can use these standard exports and import the data into Connexie or Horecalonen.
