Read here how to install the integration between Eitje and Tebi.

Thanks to the integration between Tebi and Eitje, you get an update on your revenue every hour. This way you directly gain live insight into your labour costs.



Activate integration

To activate the integration you have to start in Tebi.

  1. Log in to the Tebi backoffice: http://live.tebi.co/backoffice

  2. Navigate to 'Settings' > Integrations.

  3. Click 'Enable Eitje Integration'.

  4. Copy the API token.

Now you have to go to your Eitje account to fill out the token. At the top click on 'Data' > Integrations. Then click on 'Add' next to Tebi. Paste your API token here and then click 'Activate integration'.


Set up integration

Once you've activated the integration, you only have to determine which revenue you want to retrieve. In this integration you have the option to do it per revenue group. This way you can, for example, register the revenue from the bar and kitchen separately.

⚠️ Note: The integration will only work if you have divided all revenue groups from Tebi over the revenue groups in Eitje. If you don't want to integrate certain revenue groups in Eitje, you should select them under 'Inactive'.


Retrieve revenue

Once your integration is activated and set up, Eitje will retrieve revenue from the POS system from this moment on. This means that Eitje does not automatically retrieve revenue from the past. Do you want to see this revenue in Eitje? Follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to 'Hours' at the top and click 'Per member'.

  2. Scroll down until you see the revenue section. Don't see it? Check under the 'Show' button at the top if the revenue box is checked.

  3. Click on 'Revenue' next the settings at the bottom.

  4. Here you can click on 'Sync' next to the days you want to retrieve.
